DONATIONS
WITH YOUR HELP, we can offer free art classes!
Your support for the Stirling Dickinson Escuela de Arte at the Instituto Allende is invaluable. Since 2016,
our school, founded and led by Rick Brunson, has worked with over one hundred local high school students, providing free, college-level art instruction.
Thanks to your generosity, we added Juan Ignacio Sanchez in 2024, a highly experienced art teacher, to our faculty. The results have been spectacular, as evidenced by our students' remarkable progress and achievements.
We fundraise each February via GoFundMe to support Juan Ignacio Sanchez’s annual position and art supply budget. The annual cost to maintain his position is just $6,000 USD –– a true bargain. This includes all art supplies for his students for one year.
More than forty of our former students now attend various universities throughout Mexico and the US, with some even pursuing careers as full-time artists!
We invite you to join our GoFundMe campaign to help us reach our goal and continue growing our art school.
With your support, our gifted and passionate students can confidently plan for the next term. Thank you for any amount you can give.

My experience at the Stirling Dickinson Escuela de arte was wonderful, I perfected my drawing style while learning different techniques that I will be able to apply in many paintings as well. Rick is a professor who likes what he does and that is reflected in his way of teaching, I would definitely take classes there again.
